Uniform Shop Refund & Exchange Policy
At Caloundra Little Athletics, we want every athlete to be comfortable and proud to wear their club uniform. Please read our refund and exchange policy carefully before placing your order.
Uniform Collection & Size Changes
We understand that sizing can sometimes be difficult when ordering online.
When you collect your uniform, you are welcome to try it on before leaving. If the size is not suitable and we have the required size in stock, we will happily exchange it at the time of collection.
Once the uniform has been taken home or worn, it is considered accepted and cannot be returned or exchanged for a different size.

Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of club uniforms, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect size selected after collection
- Uniforms that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged
- Uniforms without original tags (where applicable)
Please ensure you check the fit carefully when collecting your order.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of collection.
Where a manufacturing fault or packing error is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Please note that normal wear and tear, accidental damage or incorrect washing are not considered manufacturing faults.
Availability
Uniforms are subject to stock availability. If an item or size becomes unavailable after your order has been placed, we will contact you to discuss an alternative size, backorder or refund.
Refund Processing
Where a refund has been approved, it will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the transaction.
